What kind of crack cocaine is this lady snorting up her nose? Defies all logic. Half truths are the most deadly. you not eating slows your metabolism down. sure. But the insane amount of caloric deficit easily tops the lowered calories burned with a lower metabolism.

Plus, your body is designed normally to eat, and burn, the same number of calories each day. Though this (the eating bit) breaks down when you consume much Ultra-Provessed Food.

ОтветитьThe title is misleading because eating less and being in a caloric deficit does lead to weight loss, and the frequency of your meals or how large your first or last meals are have nothing to do with weight loss. It's all about calories in, calories out and being in a deficit.
ОтветитьDecided to eat healthier at the beginning of the summer. Wasn't trying to diet and didn't reduce the amount I ate, just switched to healthier options. At the end of summer I tried some of my jeans on and they were really baggy. Weighed in and had lost 23 pounds!

So if maintenance is 2,000 eat 1,700 or 1,800 which is like standard advice for most people and if you throw exercise in there let’s say you burn another 300? That’s gonna leave you with a daily defecit of around 500 - 600 which is a pound of fat per week.
This is a good rule but if you’re someone who’s OBESE like I currently am, then you can take it up a notch and eat a bit less than that. You’re safe! You’ve got hella fat your body can tap into! This is what the the storage was built for! Just make sure to take in enough protein per day. O.7g per pound of body weight per day to minimize any muscle cannibalization. 0.8g per pound is what I feel good doing. Eating eggs and meat or a protein shake or even edamame (vegetable) can easily help you hit like 1,400 to 1,500 calories with enough protein in the mix. Some days I’ll have a tuna and egg salad with lemon juice Dijon mustard, mayo, salt, pepper, onion, and it’s packed with protein and good cholesterol and good fats.
I think the thing people are missing is is the quality of the food not the quantity of the food. For instance I used to be over 300 pounds and my diet consisted mostly a processed foods like McDonald's Burger King frozen pizzas pre prepped meals etc....... But when I changed that to homemade chicken breast, homemade pasta, broccoli, Asparagus, lean beef, I started to lose pounds on pounds of weight and I was still consuming way over 3000 calories a day. There's something to be said for home cooked meals and food that's from the Earth had not synthesized in a lab. I feel if everybody That was obese no matter what level of obesity you just started eating home cooked foods and exercising, You would find your Problems a lot easier because it worked for me I Lost half of My Body weight I basically Lost an entire person within a year just by eating home cooked foods Is and exercising for at least an hour week and Only One Fast food meal week. So what this lady is saying is half true. Because I used to be on weight watchers. And it was all about counting calories and points and it didn't matter what you ate as long as the calories didn't go over a certain amount. I just ate fast food and brownies etc that were under my points. I would probably consume less than 2000 calories a day of processed food and not lose 1 pound. So it's all about the quality not the quantity. Also weight watchers is a lie...... It's just a ponzy scam to get fat people who are desperate fork out thousands of dollars a year just to have some ridiculous program to help them lose weight which never works. Trust me I've been there LOL.

ОтветитьDrop what ever shity foods in your diet you have, coockies, hamburgers, pizzas, whatever, you know what those foods are. Start eating oatmeal and apples, eat little less meat and more veggies, salads, nuts whatever. Dont exercise for burning calories. Do sports becose you want to do stuff, like jump around, get up from chair, walk stairs without getting out of breath. You are what you eat and do sports for bodyhealth

Every day consume.
Lunch 500 calorie
Dinner 500 calorie
No sugar, litttttle oil sometime no oil at all in meal.
Everyday mouth feel slightly sweet because of ketones build up in bloodstream.( this tell me im burning fat by eat less carbs)
Exercise schedule= very little/ sometime no exercise at all.
Of course it does! Provided you have a calorie deficit. If It really doesn't hmm, I guess I;ll just binge on the dessert buffet every day then, and do one pushup..........er, actually no, walking.........no breathing is enough! Eating less won't do it. What I'm I going to hear next, that drinking more alcohol will make you sober?!

ОтветитьMy body is bred to stay 170-179 pounds. If i eat 5 or 6k calories per day for 6 months ill only gain maybe 4 pounds in that time. On the other hand if i eat nothing and be in a 1 or 2k per day deficit ill lose maybe 3 or 4 pounds in that time period. Once you are in a healthy weight range its much harder to lose weight and metabolism can be a bich when trying to gain weight.

ОтветитьThis is BS. I’ve lost 15 pounds in 3 months doing the opposite. Every body type is different, but I’ve cut my calories from 2000 to 1,400- some days 1,200. In addition to this I’ve added a 14 hour fast twice a week along with 1.5 hour jiu jitsu exercise 3 times a week. It worries me when I see a minute and a half video like this that doesn’t explain that you don’t need to eat as much as you do, but rather yes- watch what you eat (nutritiously), stop eating when you are 80% full, and find a fun exercise activity that you can add to your routine. Trust me, it’s worth it. 🙂
