I want to make a simple shape, a 9.5" radius 3" long by .08" thick by 3/8" wide curved part. I can't figure out how to do it. Any ideas?

Is it possible to import a 2D shape into TinkerCad, then manipulate that into a 3D object?

Thank you for this, well thought out and easy to understand.

You stated you must have clicked duplicate 6 times, bu in fact it was 5 clicks (5 copies of the original) + the original = 6 objects :)

Very Great tutorial! Thanks!

If I may also add (idk if this was mentioned in other videos)
If you're only using your touchpad,
press ctrl + double tap = to change view of the object or platform and
press ctrl + shift + double tap = to move the platform around

Thank you. I only started using Tinkercad today and was struggling because panning wasn't covered in Autodesk's tutorials. You're a star 🌟

Very many thanks. Just what I need. I built a Reprap printer in 2011 but couldn’t get the hang of it. Now thanks to you and Robert Murray Smith I have brought it back to life and am getting on well with it. Thank you.

Just to note - When snap to grid is turned OFF, using the keyboard arrow keys does move the item but does not snap it to anything and moves it very slowly!
Great if zooming in and lining up!

wow! so after 5 years of telling myself "I want a 3d printer" I finally bought one! I purchased a Lotmaxx Shark. I love it. Having no idea what I am doing lol I have been searching and watching and searching and watching videos on Tinkercad. Honestly they just did not set me back in my seat like your tuturial does. your explanation's, presentation and all of the above makes learning how to use this software so exciting.
Thank you so much! on to #2.
