ОтветитьThis is great! Though I actually think 4 cups of water maybe too much. If you're cooking and the meat is not turning golden red then just use 2 cups.

ОтветитьI love your demo, but I have some suggestions to make. Would it be better if I fry the skin side to golden brown before cutting the pork? For the rock sugar I would suggest dissolving it it a little water and heat until it it slightly caramelised to deepen the colour and produce a more pronounced fragrance.
