All trims have Apple CarPlay? Is that for all A3's or sport models only?

Does lowering the screen when driving allow you to listen to the radio/music without the screen? Looking on Google you get a missmash of people that appears to say that you can only lower the screen by completely turning off the MMI functions when driving.

Note: You cannot use Google maps with Apple CarPlay, restricted to Apple Maps.

What is the Bang and Olufsen sound system like?

It's not a touch screen, but you can use the rotary control as a touchpad to control some parts.

Pretty much the only infotainment vid I've watched because I want to see the changes between this and the old a3's
