I like the idea of magnetic fans, assuming the performance is the same. Every Gpu failure I've ever had was fan related except for one. They're really difficult to replace sometimes. I don't think I've been successful once; I had to rig something up usually.

I wish I remembered which ATI card I had for Oblivion, because the 8800 GT I got after wasn't until 2007
