I love your videos but it always amazes me at the prices compared to here in the southeast. You could have this exact same house built on 2,000 lush acres for $15-$20 million in the north Ga mountains.

This house feels cozy and like a home. The materials, furnitures and color that the developer used suit perfectly.

Everybody misses Mikey. Because he was so natural. There was a camaraderie between you. The conversations you had with each other when you were touring the house were so good. And you started this business together. Cody just speaks carefully, he's careful with his diction. Nobody's interested in that.

This is one of the few houses that you could be placed under house arrest in and have the last laugh on the judge.

I think you will see these big homes will no longer be that desirable for most buyers, even with big money, in the future. Cost of maintenance and resale will drop with these high price homes.
