Any idea why I have depth blur option - but no sliders on the right? its just grey... there is no options

Do you know how to use the "Output Depth Map Only" to send the depth map to a Ps layer then turn that into a usable layer mask? I can't figure it out. Any help would be great! Thx.

in my photoshop 2021, i don't have that neural filter :(
