I spent a year making a free plugin...

crap, i bought cajun crab potato chips for the guy who changed my tire, and when i went to pay him, i decided to keep them for myself. another day, another crab chip.

I dont know if you do all the video editing yourself or not but i think it would be kinda cool if you could put something like a video game tip that pops up when you use a specific term (ex. Granular processing) with the definition so that way the dummies like me can enjoy the video even more without having to google every other word

5 minutes into it, and I was ready to pay for this plugin!!! Love the Arp Section, made an instantly lovable tune...but misclicked the enable button without seeing the Save button, and SHT lost it. The sound that comes from it is top-notch... but even though I made a good preference setup it's still a little chopping my sound, CPU jumps from 55%-80%.

When I first went to DAWs from Boss BR-600s, 4-track cassette etc, it floored me that many good, perfectly usable plugins were free. Once when switching computers before playing fun email tag with 25 different devs for 3 weeks each in order to recoup my paid plugs, I could see that I could use Chow Tape, Vintager Toy, and the plenty of free plugs I had, and it didn't cause my legs to develop gangrene and fall off or anything. If I had to use only free plugins, I would pretty much be perfectly fine. When I'd mention to others that free plugins are just crazy, and it's staggeringly generous of the devs involved in offering them, some pointed out that they're free because it's an ego thing, and those making them get to show off to thousands worldwide the talent and creativity they have. Being a closet megalomaniac myself, that made absolutely perfect sense. I always have, in fact, had an awe for whatever person designed the fave plugs I use most. And in many cases, I'll be curious enough to look for their website, and wind up buying paid plugs from them. Two birds/one stone.
You're an excellent narrator, lol. I larfed a couple of times. The vid bounces along well, packs many bits of info per minute, and wasn't boring at all; a fun watch. So, you're brilliant at doing films as well as playing instruments, and then out of all that, you also design plugins. 👍

I don't quite understand who this plugin is for because in that kind of music which would use such sounds producing those sounds is one of the most fun parts of the process.
