This is frustrating. Nobody explains how to suction it and when I try, my tongue does not stick to the roof of my mouth. Creating small air pockets and a mass amount of saliva that then removes suction from my tongue.

I cannot breathe when I'm doing suction hold, is that normal?

But when you just swallowed the food, the tongue is indeed fully engaged, but this very position is and must be blocking the airways.

I started too late (@24 yo) and so my tongue always got stuck to my teeth gap and everytime I mew the saliva chokes me.

Hey Dr. Mew. When I try the swallowing technique I swallow and then hold that position. But once I breath (through my nose) I have to let go of that position. I still have most of my toungue on the roof of my mouth but I think when I breath the back third comes down. I can breathe perfectly fine through my nose when I do the “sing” method and hold that position.

Hi mr Mike Mew , i started mewing 4 days already and i try to keep my tongue at the roof of my mouth every time but i found out that i lightly bruised the roof of my mouth by sucking , is this a indication that i am doing wrong the mewing technic, i hope that you or someone answers !!
