How to Create a Social Media Website Using WordPress + BuddyX + BuddyPress

Hello, I have a question.. On the Buddy Press Settings>Pages>Registration>Register/Activate> the Pages are not there in the Dropdown. Do they need to be created first or should I choose the other page options in the dropdown. I did the view page of the "register" page but it reverts back to original main page. Thank you.

I checked it on a mobile device, site navigation, correspondence, quick selection of participants (not in the picture) ... and the process of sending messages itself, all this is not as convenient as a regular messenger (perhaps this is a buddypress problem)
