I am honestly SHOCKED at how blind you all are to the loopholes of the UCC. here are a few examples of my statement:

There are several loopholes that need to be addressed before fully implementing the UCC.


1. Muslims in India already feel marginalised and threatened in our country. Implementing the UCC immediately could create tensions within the Muslim community, as their holy laws might be abolished. 

2. UCC will result in implementing certain Muslim practices and applying them to the Hindu community, or vice-versa. This will cause rift in our society between Hindu and Muslims. 

3. Similarly, implementing the UCC could result in picking and choosing practices from one religious community and applying them to another.
4. Implementing a uniform civil code would require significant legislative changes and the reconciliation of diverse legal systems. It would be a complex and time-consuming process, which can lead to confusion and legal disputes.
5. J&K majorly consists of muslims. applying the ucc there as well will lead to protests and lack of compliance with the law as they might feel their beliefs are harmed.

-> UCC should not infringe upon the practices of religious minorities as they might feel threatened

-> The concept of "one nation, one law" must consider the diverse beliefs and customs of various communities. It is crucial to uphold the principles of secularism and freedom of religion. We should allow personal laws to continue within reasonable boundaries.


-> India takes pride in its unity in diversity. Rushing the implementation of the UCC without addressing concerns could lead to resistance, social unrest, and a lack of compliance with the law.

People or politicians whio are opposing UCC are doing it only for the sake of Vote Bank and their own pockets!! In name of religions, these so called politcians mint money and enjoy while the victim suffers. The idea of having One law applicable in One India is brilliant which will uplift the women who are suppressed by different religions - personal laws. Also UCC will introudce measures that will be good for the populace. CAA, NRC and now UCC - I think BJP is the only party which is trying to do what it had mentioned in its 2019 Election Manifesto. Unlike other parties who only mention vague promises like - removal of poverty, freebies for few people while others pay heavy tax to cover the freebies. I support UCC and like our first Prime minister introudced laws to limit personal laws for Hindus, same shoule be mandated for other religions. Because everyone is equal and that is what is written in constitution - Equality
