You are blessed more than most. I myself was raised as a "Mountain Girl". We respect & look to nature for signs that CNN can't give. Unfortunately, I am no longer with my childhood friends, the animals of Sugarloaf mountain..... And I pray that at some point my children with be able to see my old stomping grounds & the children of those blessed beasts I held dear as well as their children. Most of us cannot afford such a lifestyle. Do not take it for granted! Blessed be to you and yours.

I caught a snake today. Once it realized I wasn’t a threat it just chilled in my hand. Animals know when they can trust. Because in the wild, if a predator gets the upper hand it’s over. They don’t gently hold them, and pet them. Anyway, I moved it to a safer area, further away from the road. Then I let it go. It was a tiny one. Only about 4 inches long.

Magical! So much color. Try putting a water fountain out and bird food for Psittacines and Passerines. Also maybe start dancing to music for the parrots. They will dance with you!
