Ответитьlol I thought it was very motivational at the end. Thank you! I'm naturally more flexible, but it makes it harder to get a real good stretch in tight muscles. I think my hammies have been too tight for me to be able to work my glutes properly lately, so I shall work on that and try to figure it out!
