How to Retire in 10 Years (starting with $0)

I am attempting somewhere between fat and lean fire at the moment. I am saving a large volume of my income through budgetting and attempting to keep my living costs down. But I am not foregoing all nice things to live a barren lifestyle. I eat out, I go on holidays, I eat nice food at home. If I am able to grow my income over the next 5-10years (I am 34) and able to continue saving approximately 30-40% of my net income, then I will be able to reduce my working hours around the 45-50 mark. But that next 10-15 years wont be bare minimum.

These concepts work perfectly with people that have had access to education and don't struggle in every day basis. I did it, my husband did it. But I have friends who haven't reached that point, not for lack of trying but because their environment makes it very very difficult. Keep in mind that if your judging others or yourself.
