Job Search Anxiety | Employers Not Calling You Back After Job Interview

Today is the 4th business day since the interview. No email NO call nothing. I am anxious and I am trying to distract myself but cooking reading and I am anxious!

Hi I am still job hunting. Just got rejected by three places I applied for. I am working as a part time driver. That doesn’t pay much. It’s getting slower. I am over 50. It’s tough out here. I used to think my past office job was the best. We all thought it was a permanent job. The company dwindled and we all got laid off. I almost felt like dying or running away 😞wish everyone lots of luck 🍀 for people over 54 and over. I tried commission work at a major department store it was too stressful and too fast paced. 🙏

I'm currently in the job market and it is the wild wild west out here. My anxiety has been through the roof.

I had an interview on Monday and they told me that they were going to be doing interviews the rest of the week. Is that a bad sign?

Also, I had another interview a couple days later and it went OK only not necessarily that great. They told me that it would take them a couple weeks to get feedback. Not sure if that is a bad sign either.

I'm still interviewing because I don't think any job interview is a guaranteed hire. Even if I'm offered I'm still sending out my resume and interviewing until I'm actually working for a company.

I feel these jobs already have their candidate they save the jobs for their friends and children that’s straight out of college! They just have to follow protocol and interviews at least 3 people! How do I know it happens at my job ALL the time!

Or it could be a FAKE interview and they are just trying to STEAL your ideas and clients and won’t call you back. This happened to me, but guess what? I can give them a negative review on Glassdoor!

I’m starting to get more annoyed and p-off. The places I apply to don’t even give me the time of day to proceed with EVEN a job interview. You mean to tell me you have help wanted ads at your door and then decide you’re not hiring? This is ridiculous. I hate Texas so much I’m going to explode.

I remember when I graduated from college, it took me a year of job searching to find my current job. The job search destroyed my self esteem and sense of self worth

I am having a 2nd round interview with a state of the art semiconductor equipment company in 2 days (hopefully my first job after graduation). All the other companies except this one that I applied have had so sloppy reqruitment processes so far. In most of then I do not have the slightest clue of what happened to my application. This specific company however had a very fast process (all less than a month). Hope I nail this interview, (I will use a couple of tips from your videos).

I did more than 25 interviews and all failed but I get job twice one by me overing them my service I just met them and it wasn't an interview, and the second one the first interview was technical and when they asked me to do another interview I refused and I get the job. But I hate myself for that I cant pass interviews.

I did care about the past interviews but the future interviews is what I concerned about. I tried to prepare but looks the issue is "me"

If company does not answer at least some generic mail they are rude and u should avoid them.
