As a Nocturne main I would like to share a few things I've learned playing him over the years
-While stridebreaker is usually the best build I find bork rush to be almost always higher value because of how much damage he has with his autos and even 8% lifesteal can drastically change a fight and increase your effective health more than you'd think and because of how simple his kit is don't lock yourself into any specific build path, he is more than capable of improvising his build greatly in any game and I do not say this lightly, I've had a lot of success building bork into jak sho, then anything else I might need, chainsword or thornmail for high healing comps the latter being for higher damage comps, ravenous for even more healing, cleaver, dd, maw based on team comp and the list goes on, I've also found bork to be more reliable in a fight than death's dance surprisingly so I would take that into account.
-Lethal Tempo is usually the best, however I find it to be better specifically into tankier comps whereas Conqueror is better into squishies because of how fast you can stack it fully and into scrappy comps because of the healing, Nocturne will get plenty of attack speed with stridebreaker, bork or wit's end if you build those (again the former being one of nocturne's best items) so he isn't as reliant on lethal tempo as he was back before its rework and even then conq was very much worth while
-Another thing to keep in mind is that if you're facing another strong 1v1 jungler you can also take ignite or even exhaust sometimes instead of flash, which I find to be almost never worth it on nocturne as ghost stacks with your E passive and Q trail speed and has a much shorter cooldown (a blink every 5 minutes is a little eh imho.

Conqueror is also god, and sterrak too and is important to always rush the mythic, boots are not really important

as an old nocturne main, do this build ONLY if the enemy champs are something like vayne, yasuo etc. in any other situation, build eclipse, a/mr boots, axiom arc, prowler and any other lethality items, when full build remove boots for ms/lethality item

unfortunately hes very reliant on enemy pick but hes optimal for second hand jungle
