I still love coming back to these "shorties" on days where I either don't quite have the time (or the discipline/energy!) to get through a full series workout! My body also just loves doing cycles of "Day 1: EPIC x, Day 2: Holiday Shorty+long walk, Day 3: EPIC x, Day 4: REST" . Thanks so much for how much thought you put into these!!! :)

I thought I'll do something easy today, after 15 minutes of this delightful workout, I am ready for jelly legs.. what a brilliant workout plan, Max punch packed in 15 minutes 👏 and no, it was not easy but totally worth it 😀

Do not be fooled - this may be short but wow it burned! Perfect if you are short of time or as I did; added it on to a 20min leg day from this series for that all round leg day. Thanks CG another one smashed 🥰🏋️

First time doing hip thrusts instead of glute bridges since EPIC I. This was a ripper but so much fun.
