the chuck e days.
ОтветитьThe kids of today will never understand this type of life and it’s sad
ОтветитьI think it was a black Bronco, with the red interior… how cool!
Ответитьso jealous with the car they drove
ОтветитьI was -12 Years old.
ОтветитьThe cars and hair were great
ОтветитьHappy 47th anniversary of 1977 ❤❤❤❤
ОтветитьWow, you can drive to school in High School?
ОтветитьLooks like the intro to a horror movie
ОтветитьClass of 2011 at this school: I had the same lockers and the school was exactly the same inside as it was in 1977 wow
ОтветитьThe cars were so loud. And it looked like they weren't very cautious drivers....lol
ОтветитьCars seen were fairly new. Firebird, Dasher, a Monza and Mustang II are shown. Must have been fairly wealthy area.
ОтветитьThis is definitely like going through a time machine. My parents were young adults during this time period, and I can only imagine how much they’ve enjoyed themselves before technology took over.
Ответить1977 - my first year of Jr. High. The laughing and socializing, clanging lockers, this video really took me back. I've forgotten how lively that time was.
ОтветитьLots of classic cars back then? 🤑
ОтветитьI was in highschool in 1977. 😁 Today im 62.
ОтветитьI read that as 1997 and I was like “why does this look like it was recorded in the 70s???”
ОтветитьBack when girls, ladies used to have class, dignity, self respect and values. Back when girls used to speak highly of men " he is hardworking, he is cute, attractive, when they would just walk up to you and just talk to you on some regular normal shit. Technology, internet, Instagram, onlyfans fucked up everything now, it's a nightmare now. Thanks for the video. ❤ much blessings to you and your family
ОтветитьAnd, at the video the kid says... SURE LOOKS LIKE A CAMERA. Which means the question not heard was.. is that a camera?? I just wonder which model it was. Hadda be 8mm film. Or one of the first VHS cameras. Which I doubt because it would have been extremely expensive.
ОтветитьDoesn't really make sense that they were more paperless than us
ОтветитьWe were so different then. No school shootings, no crazy cops, no cell phones. There was something about that era that was so cool. You could hear it in the music.
ОтветитьElvis had died just a couple of weeks before this was filmed.
ОтветитьI didn’t grow up in the 70s. I was born in 1980 and grew as a teen in the 90s. But great video footage. What type of equipment was that for the 70s?
ОтветитьI don't know why but the whole thing just made me think of Ted bundy
ОтветитьShoutOut to the Class of 77 nd the Era of the 70'$
Ответитьoddly looks more futuristic than 2024 , i wonder why
ОтветитьPopular movie releases in 1977
Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope.
Close Encounters of the Third Kind.
Saturday Night Fever.
The Spy Who Loved Me.
Eraserhead.
Smokey and the Bandit.
Annie Hall.
Suspiria.
These are Gen X kids and now their old as adults maybe 40-50 now in 2023
ОтветитьBasketball courts in 1977!? Nice
ОтветитьNot an obese kid in the bunch
ОтветитьWas great back then
ОтветитьI was born in the 80s but I can tell how lucky you were to enjoy your years in this time and 80s. For me the early 2000’s were the last good moments. It’s like right after 9/11 it just became more and more negative. So sad 😢 wish I could go in a Time Machine and visit
Ответить
ОтветитьClass of 2012,glad i fell in love with 70/80s,teachers and lean on me were the films that showed me this does not exist anymore.
ОтветитьI remember those ugly cars lol! Graduated 1978.
ОтветитьBeing a kid in the '60s, a teen in the '70s, a twenty-something in the '80s, and I would even add a thirty-something in the '90s, was the best of all worlds.
Ответитьnot many beater and project cars at that school ,now its worse . friday harbor wa class of 81 here .
ОтветитьWhat? No stoners?
ОтветитьOne detail so sad this time black People They still suffered prejudice for color of the Skin. But video is cool.
ОтветитьThese people would be my moms age today
ОтветитьThis is great!! Would I be able to borrow a 10 second clip from the video please?
ОтветитьThis was defiantly a golden age of America.Everything was better like the music, schools, sports, people in general. So simple I love this
ОтветитьGraduated in 1977... awesome times

ОтветитьAlready it looks like 80s in 1977
Ответитьawful clothes, awful hair, all bush, no a.c., no electronics, awful cars. Was bliss.
