ОтветитьI love your videos so much! One question about the arms. Do ever use weights for your arm exercises or you just do these types of moves shown in your arm videos, without weights?
ОтветитьThis is a great workout for anyone who wants to tone and define their arms. The instructor is clear and concise, and the exercises are challenging but doable. I've been doing this workout for a few weeks now, and I'm already seeing results. I definitely recommend it

This workout really works! I did it for one week while eating pretty well and only drinking water and green tea and I saw a difference!! My arms looked slimmer and nicer 😍 I did it 3 times a day

1. i will do this in the morning and afternoon. Feel it !!
doing this for 14 days
day 1: did it but i need to pause a few times
day 2: did it, but i needed to pause too
day 3: did it, pause 2 times
day 4: did not do it
day 5: did it wihout pausing, but i needed to drop my arms down sometimes (and i see a little diference)
day 6: same as yesterday
day 7: done, i needed to drop my arms only one time!
day 8: did it. i feel a little weak today so i dropped my arms three times
day 9: did not
day 10: did it, and i dont dropped my arms down! im really proud of myself. i see the effects! maybe this rest day helped too?
day 11: same as yesterday
day 12: same as yesterday
day 13: did it (same as yesterday)
day 14: did it
i saw a huge difference! i love this workout! my arms are so stronger and more toned. i am so shocked with the results. i will do it everyday!

day 1: done. felt very sore by the time i was done
day 2: done. same as day 1
day 3: done. still felt very sore by the time i finished
day 4: done. pretty much the same but didn’t feel at all sore when i woke up today
day 5: done. felt a little less sore and tired when i finished today!
day 6: done. pretty much the same as yesterday not seeing any pogress yet but it feels great
update: i’ve been doing this workout for over two weeks now and it feels so much easier now! im less tired and sore by the time i’m done and it feels great. still not noticing any progress, but i can’t complain because i’ve felt refreshed every day after doing this. if you’re struggling on this workout, don’t give up!

ОтветитьIs this recommended every day? I heard you shouldn’t do stuff the next day if you’re sore. To skip a day. So is this everyday or every other day? And does it help tone all parts of the arm including some lose fat on the underside of my arms ?

ОтветитьDay 1: I did it after a myofacial release stretch and yoga and I didn't feel any burn
Day 2: I did it after belly dance workout, Holy shit I can feel the soreness
Day 3: I did it after working on my desk for 3 hours, It burns
Day 4: I did it without any pre warm up and for the first time I can feel my shoulders rotation on its joints
Will continue to work on it! I like this, it's short but definitely a nice cool down or warm up exercise for me. I've always have had arm fat and my arms are the first ones to get fat each time I gain weight so it is a nice maintaining activity. It's also good for my rounded shoulders :) the encouraging words at the end of the video is what makes me feel motivated!
