NVIDIA has the software to back the hardware, the High NA machine that Intel has is what has allowed this but chip design is as important as lithography machines these days, I'd be careful saying that they're better because they have more transistors, stability of transistors and electrical leakage are very important factors not to be overlooked. Huge progress from Intel but NVIDIA has been at this game from long before a company focused on CPU architecture.
