ОтветитьWe were shot and all we had was pliers to pull bullets Osama remove the bullet that was in the thickest part of my cranium first after that I started removing bullets from him and the police all I had was hand sanitizer no anesthesia and no narcotics I had a few Tylenol PMs and I gave them out I had Lisinopril I cut it in to 4 it was a 20 mg his blood pressure was over 200 I had to use an Ace bandage and a clock because I didn't have any other way to take an accurate blood pressure patient and he has a bullet still on his sternum and I can't remove it from his sternum it is off his heart I won't go sit on the curve anymore with that patient there was a lot of procedure a lot of step down procedure a lot of procedure that shouldn't have taken place in the neurosurgical operating room and ICU
ОтветитьNice work
