ОтветитьDude great video, I dont usually comment but this was very helpful!
ОтветитьOh we have the same name !
ОтветитьYour video is HDR?
Looks like log to me in my display
Very helpful. Thanks
ОтветитьThat's the best false color example and explanation I've seen so far. Got a subscriber with that! :) Have a great day.
ОтветитьThank you for this video
ОтветитьMy fav: painting pools of light! Really dig this concept.
And it will be great to see video about new aputure infinibars and also mc pros!
Great video man!
ОтветитьI loved every second of this tutorial. Thanks.
ОтветитьThis is the best explanation on understanding false color. Thank you.
ОтветитьI have not found solution for RAW on Atomos because false color can help only with highlights while blacks looking totally underexposed on false color scale are very good seen on monitor of computer even before exposure increasing in post production
ОтветитьThis was so informative. Thanks for getting straight into the info and educating instead of filling time with a bunch of bs.
Ответитьyou forget to mention that other field monitors have different IRE false color, which can confuse anyone
ОтветитьThanks so much for this! Simple and easy to understand.
ОтветитьWow! That was so well explained! Thanks a lot!
ОтветитьI have a question... I got a ninja V and a friend installed luts for me to visualize how my slog 3 might look with the lut applied... now, do I deactivate the LUT before exposing with false color (meaning I expose with the monitor showing me the Slog 3 profile? or should I expose with the "LUT LOOK" activated?
ОтветитьVery good, direct, to the point video. Thanks!
ОтветитьDoes false color work with canon log3?
ОтветитьWhat monitor are you using in the video?
ОтветитьGreat video . I have never watch anything about false color and this is great !
Ответить💜💜
ОтветитьGreat video. Thank you.
ОтветитьThanks for the didactic explanation!
ОтветитьGray and pink are the best for skin tones.
Ответитьdude, ive watched so many of your videos for the last year or so after i got into cinematography during the pandemic, idk how youre not at 1 mil + subs. You are truly the GOAT when it comes to lighting, framing, knowledge, literally everything. I just got myself an Atomos Shinobi and finally have the ability to use False color and just did a test with it and i never had a shot exposed so perfectly ever...like ever.
ОтветитьI don't get why they chose to go from Grey to green to grey to red to grey... It really doesn't make a huge amount of logical sense to me.
ОтветитьHELP!! I use Davinci 17. I'm cutting a film and I want several shots to be dark and moody (meaning deep black). Should I worry about the "PURPLE" appearing when I activate the "false color" or not? When I raise the exposure to eliminate the purple, the image is too grey for my taste. What should I do?? Please Help!
ОтветитьDo I use false colour on the ninja V over my log footage or use with the rec709 conversion lut ?
ОтветитьGreat vid, thanks
Ответить👏🏻👏🏻 these are amazing tips for aspiring DP’s
ОтветитьWhat color should it be for dark skin tones?
ОтветитьWhat was the lighting setup on this video? Beautiful
ОтветитьWish people could explain this in under 1 min
ОтветитьHow did you control BMPCC settings from phone?
ОтветитьHelpful Video Thank you for sharing :)
ОтветитьSo helpful! I've always used false color to gauge the subject, not the background first. This changes everything.
ОтветитьFun contest at end. I like that!
ОтветитьHey this is SUPER strange request but do you have the image files for this video? I would like to mess around with them in Davinci to help me understand exposure a little bit better. Thank you!
ОтветитьVery good tutorial man. Thanks alot
ОтветитьExcelent
ОтветитьI'm curious, which light did you use to expose yourself in this video? Looks very smooth.
ОтветитьVery helpful video. I've always tended to expose by eye, zebras and waveform but I'll definitely use false colour as well in future.
ОтветитьVery helpful video
ОтветитьBrady this was amazing. You explained False colors so well. Nobody hasn’t explain them better than you. This will definetely help me with my exposures. . One question. What’s your preference and method for skin tones? This shot has beautiful tones. False colours looked green on your face rather than pink. I feel like I try too much get skin tones on pink areas. All your shots always look outstanding.
