i'm 18. ive been vaping since i was 13, ive been thinking about quitting for awhile now. Ive tried in the past and failed but i really want to stop. i do notice the toll it takes on my body and mental, im not as healthy as the people my age around me, im constantly clearing my throat and when i get sick its really bad. theres more but this video just scared me a bit into thinking of what im really putting into my lungs and blood and brain and how it stays and alters how i think andhow my body works. thanks for making this video, i love this channel

I am seeing increasing anti vape videos, first they agreed its 5% as harmful as ciggies, than 50% now they say more harmful than ciggies? Clearly hidden agenda!

As a non smoker or vaper, honestly I'd go for people vaping rather than smoking. Atleast the smell is tolerable, unlike cigarettes.

Mf this USA vapes are wild here in epain they just have 2 or 3 ingredients that disolve in water 😭 litterally when I stopped smoking and started to vape I can breath better. Also, don't buy disposable vapes, they are shit.

Here in Japan, niccotine consumption is primarily limited to cigarettes but dry vaping tobacco is also exceedingly common. (Think a PAX 3 but dry tobacco instead of cannabis) I wonder out of the three, which is the least detrimental to health?

Puff per puff basis of course vaping is better...the problem its quite common for us to do 100-200 puffs per day...many even go to 300-500 puffs per day...while with cigarettes i cant even bear the smoke for 5 minutes sitting beside smoker...

i.give it up 19 years ago glad i did it at 35 i have less chance of cancer than someone who still smokes and iam healthy

I've only ever used a dry herb vape for cannabis. Judging by this video that is 'safer' than the vape juice but I'd still be interested in knowing more about how dry herb vapes might impact lung health.

I had smoked for about 8 years when I switched to vaping in 2016. I quit vaping in 2021 after 5 years and haven't looked back. Vaping felt better on my lungs than cigarettes, but I was hitting it so much I was chronically tired and anxious all the time. I won't lie, sometimes I still miss the feeling, but it's not worth it. I was also born 3 months early with underdeveloped lungs, so I've probably put myself through a lot more than I should have 😅 Fortunately, my lungs are healthy & clear tho.
