Hi Sir, I have a question , in my aws RDS postgresql database, when i check the long running sessions using pg_stat_activity, there are many pg_catalog table select queries are in idle statement for days under multiple DB user sessions, . But these SQLs are not explicitly ran by the DB user. Could you please advise why these queries are idle for days?
Ex select oid, pg_catalog.format_type(oid, NULL) as typename from pg_catalog.pg_type where oid in (23, 23, 1042, 1042, 23) order by oid.
