Dreamcast on Steam Deck! Flycast Emulation Tutorial! Sega's Final Console on Valve's Handheld!

Can we not just download our files bios and roms to the deck directly? I suppose the flash drive is important in this step so that it codes the files in a certain way? I've only ever formatted a few cards in my time, it was always fat32 though.

Trying to get this system underway on the deck- hardest one I've dealt with in comparison to psx2, psp, gamecube. How can I get a 7z file over to gdi? I have a chromebook only which is making things a little tricky to say the least.

Why would you want a remake of code veronica? Look at what they did to resi 3 and Jill. They butchered her character. Turned her into an abgry bitter biotch. The lines she yells out during fights ( final boss( are horrible).

If you use hle bios it causes crashes and freezing after using the subway in Rent a hero np one. Disable it.

Managed to get the emulator working without a problem but I can't for the life of me figure out how to access the quick menu. What's the hot key for that?

Great video. I am experiencing flickering and texture problems with my dreamcast games. Also I see what looks like qr codes spinning around processing when I load up some games. I have been trying for days to fix this problem and have found no resolution. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi there! for whatever reason, my steamdeck wont play dc. i have the dc_boot.bin in both bios and dc sub folder. in emudeck, the bios checker recognizes the dc bios but has an "exclaim" emoji next to it, not the green check. thoughts? thank you for the great content btw!!!

A little tip for the fellow Dreamcasters out there on the Deck. To fix a lot of the texturing bugs (specially in HOD2) go to Quick Settings in Retroarch -> Core Settings -> Video and activate 'Native Depth Interpolation'. ;)
