Also something I forgot to ask is that on this ride is there a place where I can store my bags at so I don’t have to take it on the ride with me?

I swear the drop after the chairlift always looks a lot less steep on camera

I was almost deathly afraid to go on this ride, I’ve been avoiding it for 15 years but now that I just rode it yesterday, I can say it’s not as bad as I thought it would be.

These so called “drops” don’t necessarily feel like scary drops , but more so drifting down fast. You’re not getting the sensation of your heart skipping a beat like some other rides would give you if it quickly drops down. I honestly barley recognized that I was on the loop once I was in it, it’s a small loop and the sensation feels like you haven’t even moved, it will make you a bit dizzy if you reach your head forward (so try to keep it back against the seat). The launch wasn’t terrifying either, it’s fast but not as fast as the ride you’re on in universal studios Hollywood the mummy returns. But yes overall you will get that pit in your stomach with every drop but it legit only lasts 0.1secs.

Oh one more thing! The one drop you should watch out for is the 3rd drop (aka the last one) I know another commenter said it’s the least scariest but as said by myself and a cast member from the ride, it’s one you should brace for (since it’s a higher drop). And if you want to feel the ride intensity less, then request to go in the middle. If you’re in the front, you’re getting the first wave of intensity. If you’re at the very end, you’re gonna get a bit whip lashed and a bit more airtime.

As someone who is “deathly” afraid of drops, I can gladly say I would ride this ride again!

This is my favorite ride when I went to California adventure the first time I went on it I was eight and I loved it. I wanted to keep going on it so much times but every time the loopday loop came I closed my eyes, but it was really fun❤

I'm so proud of my daughter she finally got on this ride after going 20 times and she loved it

I remember going on this for the first time, was fun, thought i was gonna die, but went on it 9 more times in a row.
IT WAS SO FUN

I can appreciate this ride for what it is. It isn’t the best ride, quite frankly one of my least favorite in my coaster credits, however for a Disney park, this is a pretty good ride, it just doesn’t do much for me in general.

I got to ride this for the first time last week. SO. MUCH. FUN. We were there for three days and we rode it multiple times each day. It’s also much faster than what the video shows. But it’s such a good ride.

This ride is crazy!

I was so terrified of roller coasters as a kid but went to California Adventure when I was in high school and going on this ride broke me of that and made me a coaster fan for life.
