I am someone who used to go around like this. I had a clueless dad and a mom who didn't care enough to do anything about it. It took me until I was 16 years old with my waist length hair to even start figuring out how to do this on my own. Take it from me that it is much harder to do for yourself than most people realize. I eventually made a friend who helped me with it. It actually can get this bad with the right set of circumstances. You are just lucky enough to not be in those circumstances.

It can get bad, I dealt with huge flakes on scalp and body for most of my younger years , not this bad but still awful. I now use an injectable biologic and you would never no I have psoriasis.

I'd would shave his head and flick off all the psoriasis after.
