That time of year again. I don't think I'll ever remember this

Had this for 2 years. Never had a problem setting the time. Now? Closest I ever get is 2 hours from actual time. Time to trash this thing. I guess a couple years is all i should expect from a cheap watch.

This is the only accurate tutorial on this model. I wonder if I try to change the date on the small screen next to D will it change the time of the arrows? I have the correct time shown with the arrows but the date on that little lower screen to the right is incorrect... Thank you!
