Maybe this video is too old, but there have definitely been vehicles added in pvp after Wrath.

I played vanilla from day 1 release, (coming in from the beta which i just played for a short while), and cannot remember anything other than the talent tree in vanilla. I feel it was on beta wow only, or it was removed so quick after release date.

With the way the Dracthyr are designed, they could easily do the same thing with Naga. Just have them learn Visage and have customizable Armor for their Naga form.

When you're a new player, the inaccessible sights on the flight path do SO MUCH for immersion. Because as a new player, you DON'T KNOW that stuff is for looks only. It just makes the world feel like its full of endless possibilities and sights to see.

Chose not to make Naga a playable race because you wouldn't be able to see what pants and shoes you are wearing..

Also, ogres are just orange, bigger orcs. So no need to add them. (Orange Bigger Orc = Ogre)

Interesting hearing the bit about their fears of fishing bots ruining the economy. Reminds me of how fishing botting is how I made gold back in the burning crusade. I farmed the savory deviate delight recipe and then fishing-botted deviate fish inside of wailing caverns, to make sure the risk of being reported by other players was exactly 0%.

Finding the Dwarven Airfields in classic back in the day was such an exciting experience. I remember there used to be a “path” through the mountains in Loch Modan that you could glitch jump up through to reach the airfield before flying mounts released. I used to sell guided tours to the airfield for like 50s or something to players who were interested. Gooooood times man

I JUST finished the call of water quest on my shaman the other day in Classic........... WHAT THE ACTUAL EFF!! took me 2 1/2 hours to complete it........

I loved dungeons like the Blackrock Spire… or the Blackfathom Deeps.
I loved all the „longer“ Dungeons.

Azeroth wasn't changed to the name of the whole planet, it's just in wc2 and later it referred to both the entire planet and the Alliance Nation named after the whole planet. It was the same kind of thing like America calling their baseball championship the world series despite not being about the entire world at all. It was changed because it was confusing to which you would refer to though. There's just a little more to the story than 1 change and was probably done over a much longer amount of time.

For Reference though Stormwind and Kul Tiras were the 2 Alliance Nations you were for like 90% of the base wc2 campaign. Until a couple missions where you were Lorderon and Stormwind. They were just called Azeroth throughout the entire game and not Stormwind as that is a WoW retcon.

The long journey thing sounds awesome. I never thought of the water totem quest as being that big of a journey, though.

that water quest made me big sad when i realized that i had to click on the bowl to finish it....the "un-oh moment" came to me when i headed back to ratchet -_-

I mean I really liked the long exploratory dungeons like dead mines and I really liked the tank pvp combat

MC wasn't really finished in one week iirc. I think the layout was put together in one week, but everything else that goes to creating a dungeon (creeps, bosses, loot etc) didn't fit into the one week time window.

Just wanted to point that out for you, and the rest of the facts sound accurate as far as I'm concerned (I don't consider myself a know-it-all tbh).
