How to reset adobe illustrator cc | adobe photoshop cc all version including 15/17/18/19

I forgot to tell you a shortcut trick in this video.
This is, first click the adobe illustrator or adobe photoshop icon then just immediately (not after seconds) press ctrl+shift+alt at the same time. Then it will ask you if you want to reset it or something like that. Click Yes and you will find yourself in a reset illustrator or photoshop.....
