I believe took so long because you were properly learning, Christopher Langan demonstrates how smart people tend to take longer to learn some subjects, ..200-301 lets go!!! Thanks
ОтветитьWould boson work for the route and switch exams also. Trying to start the cramps for these then after Feb take one specialty exam. For these 2 exams would boson be enough or should I make room for a lab
ОтветитьI love man you are my hero
ОтветитьHow did your CCNP - Tshoot exam go?
ОтветитьGreat video....I know just how you feel. Every time I schedule an exam I think to myself..."omg what did I just do". Then I work my butt off to prepare.
Ответитьdude the password account change is genius!!
ОтветитьI already booked my CCNA R&S exam for this Friday :)

ОтветитьGood Morning Chuck. I've enjoyed your videos and like the way you present everything so I thought maybe you would be able to help me with my problem. I've been working in networks and taking Cisco exams since 1998. I passed my first CCNA in 1999 and received my CCNP in late 2003.
Ever since they've changed the way they write their exams I've had problems. The big issue are the sims. It's not that they are hard or don't work at all, but it's due to my limitations.
With my experience and capability to understand and absorb new technology I shouldn't have a problem, but I do. There are two things that are preventing me from passing a Cisco exam my "slow reading ability" and "short term memory". Both of these kill me at a Cisco exam.
Now I've been able to pass other exams without SIMs with no problem, Security+, Storage+ and others. It's when they put in the SIMs that causes me to grind to a halt. I don't have enough time to process their "LONG WINDED" comments and with my short term memory I have to read some things over 2 or 3 times. I don't have time to finish an exam?
Sometimes I read a question and I say WHAT? The way they word it makes you wonder what are they asking here?
Any suggestions?
Hi Chuck,
Do you think that
CCNP Routing and Switching ROUTE 300-101 Official Cert Guide ( 1st editiion and the second also ) are too old for the newest ccnp route exam??
For those who passed CCENT already and for those who are currently studying for it, what's the study material? I am using Odom's book, packet tracer and Ryan Beney videos.
ОтветитьRelearning Everything. Go Chuck!
Ответитьchuck , hey , where i can found information like this to take a CCNA Sec!?
ОтветитьTrying to get into the networking field and I heard about the whole Unicorn thing. What programming language are they looking for? I hear Java and python mostly? What do you think?
ОтветитьI really need to get in gear and pass the CCENT :).
ОтветитьCCIE? when?
ОтветитьI thought you had a 3 year window to pass all 3 exams. With that said you might have to retake the CCNP SWITCH exam.
ОтветитьYou've inspired me. I think I'll schedule my CCNA exam on the same day!
ОтветитьGood luck man! Just passed TSHOOT myself and got my CCNP last week. Be careful on your timeline though, don't you have to pass all 3 exams within 3 years of each other?
ОтветитьDude I love this. Because of my CCNA R&S I got a new job, higher pay, but needing to adjust to my new workplace caused me to slow down on my cert studies! Good to know I’m not the only one that forgets things after some time esp. if it’s not being used!!!
Ответитьgood luck chuck
Ответитьgood
ОтветитьDoes anyone know what video series on CBT Nuggets I should use for Network+? Also where and what labs can I use for Network+?? PLEASE HELP!!
ОтветитьHello Chuck, can u help me with getting first job network engineer or any position(like helpdesk or system engineer) to start work in this field? i have no experience and dont know from what point i need to start? i will be very glad to hear your advice, please.
Ответитьgood luck chuck !
ОтветитьHasn't it expired if it's been 3 years already?
ОтветитьThis is aood simplified, standardized process for getting basically any IT certification. Setting the date as step 1 is pretty key
Ответить@NetworkChuck Don't want to cause you grief by being misinformed but it's my understanding that you will have exactly 3 years to complete all of the requirements, starting from the date of the first passed CCNP R&S exam. So if you passed the Switch portion in 2015 then 2019 will be too late for you to get CCNP R&S without re-passing the other two. Hope I am wrong!
ОтветитьGood Luck Chuck ... I'm Scheduling my ICND1 for January 25th. Your videos have given me the motivation to go for my CCNA
ОтветитьPraying Sir! You got this!!!
Ответитьwell guys good luck all the best
get prepared and go nail it
will be scheduling my ccna in feb 2019
hey Chuck, i just scheduled my ccnp switch for january 15th at 11:00AM. I hope you have some tips for me. Thank you.Cedric from Amarillo texas
ОтветитьAny chance you will be able to give us a review of Netsim 12 before the 25% off offer expires? I have just passed SWITCH and need to get TSHOOT done too. Doing labs on the SWITCH was a real pain as I had to make all of my own with GNS3. My GNS3 server is in my house and it is not quiet. If Netsim is any good I will be all over it but I would love to see what you think of it first.
ОтветитьFunny, i scheduled my MCSA 2016 networking for 15th of January.
Good luck
Wish you success in that goal!! And I'm completely sure you will pass it!!!
ОтветитьInspired scheduled ICND 1 DEC 20 ICND 2 Jan 28th. Been procrastinating long enough to forget a lot of material. Could have passed them both this past February.
ОтветитьHey man, can't find the discount for the NetSim.
ОтветитьI have my CCNA R&S and I'm having a difficult time finding a job. And I'm looking within a 100 miles radius. Should I get my CCNP to make myself more marketable? Or should I get another CCNA certification on a different topic? My plan was to get a job where I can use the CCNA, and then move on to getting my CCNP within 6 months of start date, but obviously that hasn't happened yet. Is the CCNA R&S not a valuable certification anymore?
ОтветитьGood Luck i have been procrastinating on my CISSP too
ОтветитьI can’t help but to wonder (as a black man) how many Blacks Latinos, or Women are there in America that are making $100,000 plus per year as a senior network engineer with NOTHING more than 3 entry level certifications, and a beard.
ОтветитьGood luck, I used boson to pass the CCNA security exam
Ответитьawesome man your a good motivator man. love your channel bro your gonna get this bro
ОтветитьDone!!! im scheduling my CCNP Route exam for This Dec, i have been procrastinating since i got my CCNA in feb last year. Thanks for the push and all the best!!!!
