How wonderful the accompanying images, slowly revealing ' the morn ' as does the aria... I almost refrain from putting this public but the performance of Voices of Music with Amanda Forsythe is - ( I'll put it this way ) as much stunning ... do watch !

I am mindful that there are many 1000’s of people currently struggling to recover from Covid, who like me then will find themselves looking out each dawn from their hospital window and wonder about their future. I wish them well and hope too they find comfort from beautiful music such as this.

Tho' perhaps not my most favourite interpretation of this sublime duet, it is fabulous & your montage equally stunning. Many thanks.

Though I prefer a slightly faster tempo for this piece, this performance is beautiful, full of rich texture and balance of voices and instruments alike.

This is Handel at his best. He wrote many great duets but this is the one that will go through the centuries. This is the best recording of it. the voices blend without force and the tempo is relaxed as it should be.. Just wonderful.

I love this piece of music from Handel and this performance so much. It makes me realise that music can change this world in a better world with peace.

My absolute favourite Handel piece of all time, with an 'endless melody' fit to make any late romantic composer envious. Plus this is my favourite rendition, and accompanied by such perfectly apt pastoral images. Altogether ravishing. Thank you!

Lucy Crowe is wonderful in this repertoire. Superb singing of the Constanze solos in the Mozart C Minor Mass at the Proms this year, and in the Premiere of James Macmillan’s new Christmas Oratorio.
