Since we didn't see Angelica in the fifth film with this doll, I have some theories on what she could be doing with it. She probably did hit it at first to let out her frustrations, but decides to not kill him with it. She probably realized she too does love him and wants him to live. Therefore, her smile at the end of this clip might not be sinister at all. She could be smiling upon the fact that she will want to protect the doll so she can protect Jack. I think it'd be even funny if she did certain things with the doll to make Jack feel good😂

I wonder if she whispers to the doll and Jack can hear her voice.

Seeing as Jack is still alive by Salazar’s Revenge, which is like 5 years after Stranger Tides, safe to say the Voodoo magic is gone after Blackbeard died.
