guess I better get my lazy ass to learning how to animate now because it's starting to do good and I don't want the AI trash to hold me back. Pro tip when you do the 11labs part DO NOT USE IT TO MAKE ONE VIDEO AT A TIME MAKE BASIC THINGS YOU CAN USE IN EVERY VIDEO. If you do that then by the time you run out of 10k words (it goes fast if you use it how I messed up doing one video at a time) it goes fast ish but if you do basic things you can apply to every video you make you can get about 100 voice clips but the first month is only $1 and you get 20k words. I'd do the 10k free basic clips and save that $1 for the first month for when you get the hang of this and can make better videos. This isn't hard I did all this in a few hours most my time spent was finding Ai that would pick my guys face up and make him move. But tonight I'll learn how to animate I already got my guy all cut up in parts.

Man so far I came up with all this but I'm gonna have to animate it myself sadly since everything I've tried to use won't find a face on my avatar
Edit: I found something that makes it move some what. Fine for me right now until I get around to animating. I just cut my guy out cut his arm up and copied/flipped the hand for the missing one. I don't know how to animate but I'll learn tonight when I got time.

Great stuff! Does the avatar help with avoiding repetitous content-demonitization? I was thinking thats why you do it....to avoid having only b roll or other creators content. But for your Insights Lab shorts channel you dont use an avatar or even your own voice over or your own script. Yet you said that channel is monetized. I guess simply cutting and adding b-roll is enough there to get monetized right??

What he didn't mention is the limit you have for making D-ID videos. Once your credit is up you have to wait another month unless you want to pay and even those options aren't that great. Same with Eleven Labs. You will use your character usage each time you generate. Say you have 50000 characters for the month and you generate script with 2500 characters and make a mistake you want to correct. The program will use your characters again 2500 because 5000.

Those programs won't let you make long form content daily to monetize a channel effectively
