Base Guts:

Power-Guts. The raw power of DS humans isn't particularly noteworthy, and it's easy to say that Guts has more raw strength.

Destructive Capacity-Guts. DS humans like Yoriichi are more centered on precise, skillful strikes with sharp, moderately sized blades. Guts' capacity for destruction is much higher.

Attack Potency-Yorrichi. Unfathomably, incomprehensibly superior to a version of Tanjiro that could cut boulders in half (that was when Tanjiro was still so weak he couldn't even qualify as a Demon Slayer and was still completely irrelevant fodder to even the weakest Hashira after several power-ups), and can easily cut apart Demon's capable of leveling large buildings effortlessly in seconds, and tank attacks on a similar level. Guts is tough but in base he would have no chance of surviving an attack from Yoriichi.

Speed-Yoriichi and it isn't even remotely comparable. Guts could barely, narrowly dodge a bolt of lightning one time, and was still grazed by it, even though it came from at least hundreds of feet away, and proceeded to be incapable of avoiding any bolts afterwards. Yoriichi god-blitz's characters that can dodge lightning bolts from across a room. Even as a dying old man who should be laying on his death bed praying for a peaceful afterlife, he still easily speed blitzed Kokushibo who is far above lightning speed. He could run 50 laps around Guts before Guts could blink.

Durability-Yoriichi. Guts endurance is ridiculous, but his actual durability is fodder. The whole point of Guts' character is that he has achieved the heights of human strength, and manages to overcome inhuman opponents time and time again, but that, at the end of the day, he's still just a human. The Berserk armor helps, but his raw durability isn't enough to survive more than a few blows from Apostle's, some of whom are physically weaker than high-tier Demon's like Akaza (such as the Count Apostle, the slug one if you don't recall). Yoriichi is way more durable than Hashira that can tank said attacks.

Endurance-Guts obviously. Literally his whole thing.

IQ-Yoriichi. No explanation needed.

Battle IQ-Guts. Guts is very strategically gifted, and he was one of the Hawk's commanders for more than just his ability with the sword. He knows how combat works, he can improvise on the fly and will not hesitate to use anything to his advantage if it means winning. Yoriichi might have better battle IQ but it's hard to say because he hasn't shown the feats.

Skill-Yoriichi. No explanation should be needed if you know anything about Yoriichi.

Experience-Guts. Not much to say, Guts has had WAY more fights than Yoriichi, and against a VASTLY larger variety of opponents.

Hax-Yoriichi. Base Guts has virtually no legitimate hax besides his inhuman tenacity and rage, Yoriichi has some legitimate hax abilities.

Winner-Yoriichi gigastomps like what it's not even close.

Destructive Capacity-Bruh.

Attack Potency-Debatable. I'd give it to Guts but either of them could deliver a fatal strike with one good blow, though for Guts it wouldn't actually be fatal, as I doubt Yoriichi could manage, say, decapitation, which I think is the only way he'd be able to kill Berserk Guts immediately.

Speed-Still Yoriichi. Guts with the Berserker armor may be a bit faster than lightning from a distance, still nowhere near Yoriichi, couldn't touch him.

Durabiliity-Guts. In this state Guts has the Berserker armor fully covering him, and the durability of the Berserker armor itself would be included as his own, there's no way Yoriichi's body is as resilient as the Berserker armor.

Endurance-Yoriichi, of course. Guts has immense endurance on his own, but the Berserker armor takes away from that trait because it will literally kill him in the period of one fight. His life was already in danger from just his brief battle with Grunbeld that lasted only a few minutes, now imagine him trying to fight for hours. Meanwhile Yoriichi can go for days without stopping. Guts' will is incredible, but if he loses every last drop of blood, every broke is boken, every muscle is torn, he is not going to keep it up.

IQ, Battle IQ, Skill, Experience-Yoriichi. Guts in his Berserk state is a beast acting off of his instincts and a never-ending, overwhelming torrent of rage and pure violence. He has sharp battle instincts, but all forms of strategy are out the window. And those instincts won't make up for the gap in skill.

Hax-Debatable. The Berserk armor has the pseudo-regeneration making Guts briefly immortal. But nonetheless, Yoriichi literally has pseudo-precognition, can exert immense heat and burn at a cellular level with his blade, and a bit more. I'd say it about evens out tbh.

Winner-Yoriichi, mid-diff. Guts will keep going but no matter what anyone wants to say, he will NOT hit Yoriichi. Yoriichi is too fast, too skilled, too intelligent, and has a lot of stamina, enough to fight for days on-end. He'll keep dodging, keep attacking, and while the Berserker armor will keep Guts alive, repairing his body and defending him from the attacks of Yoriichi, the Berserker armor will eventually kill Guts, and it will not take that long. Guts cannot win this one, period.
