ОтветитьOne comment about the parachute. It does change my kick. Since the strap keeps getting entangled in my feet, I have to kick with my legs open, feet separated. I have noticed that it changes the efficiency of my kicks a lot... for worse :(

ОтветитьYou CANNOT BELIEVE how much this video helped. My 25 free time improved by almost an entire second the first time trail that I've used this rolling tecnique! My coach told me that it's powerful, extremely efficient, but I cannot do like long distance endurance trainings with this tecnique because it seems way too tiring. I've decided to try this tecnique as much as possible in training, to help with my endurance and performance. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE AMAZING VIDEOS!

ОтветитьBruh I went to the old camp Hiawatha swimming pool at the back of the camp as a kid. I went to the swimming pool at the north YMCA as a kid. I went to the minisa swimming near north high as a kid. I went to the outdoor swimming at my apartment courtyard at June month last year, so by July I was done with rude Julia del Rosa's. I thought these Fernando guys were jerks until a Julia moved near my parents house.
