In light of this, I just wanted to share that the brand you endorse as the best of the best, Radiant Health Saunas, is an excellent choice for those who want a safe and effective FIR sauna experience.

In conjunction with this recommendation, my research has revealed that the manufacturer of Radiant Health Saunas is none other that TyloHelo. All far infrared saunas are manufactured in China, and Radiant Health Saunas is no exception. Of note however is that TyloHelo, which appears to manufacture Radiant Health Saunas, manufacture and market Finnleo Saunas. From my research, other than cosmetics, the two are identical in build and components used. My emf testing of the Finnleo S-825 showed remarkably low levels of EMF/EMR radiation, as good as Radiant Health Saunas. The major difference between the two brands is that Finnleo has a full glass front. This may result in some extra energy costs to operate, but it also looks sharp and may be preferred since it fully opens up what your looking out into. Buyer's preference I suppose. Additionally, RH Saunas, with partial wood fronts, offer additional front heaters. I contacted Radiant Health Saunas and found them to be helpful, considerate and transparent, even as it relates to their disclosure that their saunas are manufactured in China. On a plus side for Radiant Health Saunas, a price comparison between the Finnleo S-825 and the comparable Radiant Health Sauna's E-2.5H model indicated that their model was $1000 cheaper than the comparable S-825. On a plus side for Finnleo, if any servicing is required, there are Finnleo dealers across the country who can help you out. Just thought your viewers would appreciate this information when deciding on a sauna. Question for you though Matt, when will you be reviewing the Finnleo S series IR saunas. I'd love to know what you discover.

Hello Matt. I am on the fence with purchasing a home sauna. I do go to the gym 3 times each week and use a particular sauna there. The brand is Great Infared Health Systems. It concerns me that I do not know the safety of the sauna, ie. EMF’s . I have not been able to find any info on this sauna company. Can yo shed some light on this brand? This will help me make the decision to buy or continue using this sauna. The cost for an inhome sauna is a concern. Thank you so much!

Thanks for the advise! I'm looking for a sauna to buy for our new build house. Really stuck with the options, and of course being influenced by the sales people and all the advertising. We really appreciate and loved your videos explaining all the details, telling us what and why. In one of your past video, you mentioned that all the far infrared saunas are pretty much the same, they functions is to help us sweat, why spend $2000 more for a premium brand, or pay for their advertising fees and sales. Then in this video and some other recent videos you have clearly recommended Clearlight brand saunas, while you did recommend Radiant health saunas. Assuming you are not working for any of these companies for testing or recommending.

Hey, I appreciate you cutting through the fluff of this industry. Have you had a chance to compare one of these saunas to a traditional finnish sauna or one with a German electric heater in a finnish sauna? I ask because I never liked infrared saunas because I didn't sweat really and would feel drained after...but I had the opportunity to do a German/Finnish sauna in Spain when I went for medical care and I sweat FAST - within a couple minutes- and a lot- and so good. I would sincerely love to hear your input on this. I am very passionate about this now after this experience and trying to figure out some options to get that here. Thank you so much!!

I sweat a lot. There is a big puddle under me at the end which I lift out and pour into the bathtub while rinsing out the catchment. How do you get these nicer wood FIR saunas rinsed out and clean without taking it outside on a hand truck and blasting it with a garden house while tipping it over?

I was talking with a Sunlighten sales agent and they told me they only sell 20amp units because 15amp units are "cheap Chinese garbage". That's not an option since I live in an apartment. Are there any negatives to getting a 15amp unit?

I was trying to learn about Saunas and learned a ton from you. I took your advice and went with the Radiant health sauna and couldn't be happier! My family is all using it and very much enjoys it. I had no idea how much I would use it or feel the benefits.
