Hey I have a question what if I don't have a website can I just share the calendar to one specific person Thursday email and they can choose the slots without having to go to the website ???

I have to book appointments with external clients, but also include colleagues I work with. How do I share these appointment types with colleagues, so that these predetermined times act as placeholders on their calendars until booking?
Also, I only want this to apply to an additional appointments calendar, not my main calendar. How do I do that?

Great video! I am integrating my appointment schedule into Hubspot via Zapier. The trigger is when 'a new event is created', and the action is it will 'creates or updates a contact in Hubspot'. However, whenever anyone within my organisation sends me a google meet invitation it creates them as a contact in Hubspot. I have tried to add a second calendar, so that it will only trigger when an event is created in this calendar but I can't seem to create the appointment schedule only in the new calendar. It seems I can only create a schedule in my main calendar which is a problem as any event created will create a Hubspot contact. Do you know how I can get around this?

Thank you for showing what it looks like from the clients perspective. I was trying to figure out how to make the appointment for someone. Many times I set up the appointment ahead of time but I want to set it up so that it sends out a reminder to the other person.

Very helpfull video, in my case i have 3 technicians available for daily appointments for replacing computer for company. i would select 3 as the Number of appointments per slot, is it possible ? because i check every where but i didnt found any thing.

Fantastic video. Thank you for the customer's perspective. You explained everything clearly. I really enjoyed getting to see what the customer interface and experience would be. Most videos don't show that. Very well rounded video. A+. However, I don't recall you mentioning that this is a PAID premium feature.
