Green hydrogen is a pipe dream.
Fun fact hydrogen powered cars and power plants use more energy then it produces a lot of the time.
Fun fact after everything we do to oil to get gas it's only 37% efficient hydrogen is similar it's only 40 to 50% efficient.
But ev cars can be 70 to 87% efficient.
Fun fact ev cars are older then Ford and Ford killed ev cars now ev cars are killed Ford lol karma ford.

Oil is not necessarily only an energy source, but also a staple material used in other industries. Should the world successfully pivot from fossil fuel to cleaner energy sources, oil is still likely to remain as materials to other industries, if not cheaper, as there would be less demand from the energy side.

Despite how hard we try to because "carbon neutral" and reduce our dependence on oil, the power of the pump is and remain "King" ! The rest of the world needs access to cheap energy and we will not reduce our dependence overnight. New oil producers in South America, Africa and other oil producing nations need cash and oil/gas provides that. As long as there is need there will always be a demand. Get use to it world!

It's clearly they are in the process of converting their wealth from oil oriented to renewable. Of course theyll maximize oil profits first before changing to renewable. completely normal strategy

About 50% of opec oil reserves don't exist at all....about 15% of opec oil reserves are not recoverable.... so only about 40% are available for exploitation.

When energy looted - it turns - curse.
A curse that destroys in humans consciousness and the future.
Karl Marx, Nikola Tesla, Balfour, Einstein, Huxley, Orwell, Turing - should be forgiven for thinking their systems can last forever.
Finite fossil fuels are dangerously hypnotic to humans, their consciousness, reasoning and mental capacity.
Humans were not ready morally, ethically and intellectually to start the mass extraction of fossil fuels with the advent of the steam engine 300 years ago.
The Magna Carta requires today overhauling – adding to it the right for humans to understand what Energy really is - before any other commandment;
“In any system of energy, Control is what consumes energy the most.
No energy store holds enough energy to extract an amount of energy equal to the total energy it stores.
No system of energy can deliver sum useful energy in excess of the total energy put into constructing it.
This universal truth applies to all systems.
Energy, like time, flows from past to future” (2017).

They can launch a sharia hit order with their trained hypnotists dispersed world wide, USA is stuck with a broken economic system, because they are lazy to make a new one, it's a huge risk, but we need to make a new political system and economic system, otherwise you get stuck with democracy as a capitalist or racist way or self defense mechanism against populated nations, then satellites and hypnotized sexism etc with the drive of money, rots the world 😅,the only way to stop Fossil fuel is with new technology..

Saudi influences the oil market entirely on its own because of its mass reserves and low cost of production. Sure the US has the highest production in the world but it only achieves this through Fracking which is vastly more expensive and the wells exponentially decline in production. So of course this still has a major influence on the US and always will. The fact that DW has a historian (Ellen Ward) giving your viewers incorrect information just shows the incompetence of this channel.

The 1st world, including China, is facing a population collapse starting in 2030. As the population collapses so too will carbon emission. Extreme elderly and dead people do not drive cars, they do not go to work, they are not consumers. The Carbon Driven Climate Change will correct itself, even if we do absolutely nothing. So why are we trying to bankrupt our countries driving inflation through the roof. Just stop it will all be corrected in 20 years.

It's fascinating to see Europeans dreaming of oil production disappearing while simultaneously paying a fortune for electricity. The prices of electricity are highly dependent on oil production, as most power plants are gas-heated, and gas is often a by-product of oil. No investments in oil production mean higher gas prices. Wake up! Renewables cover only roughly 20% of the energy supply, and they are still more expensive. This reminds me of economic suicide, aided by populists and a misinformed population.

Why won't they quite oil? Because the rest of the world won't. The middle east will want to stop burning fossil fuels, at least in intensity, well before the rest of the world. They will keep on making oil as long as the rest of the world does, and the rest of the world won't stop using it unless they find an implement reliable and economical alternatives.
