IDGAF if she was pregnant. Not only was she involved in Joel’s death, she attacked and tried to kill Ellie. It’s called self-defense. Just because you’re pregnant doesn’t give you a pass in this world for what you’ve done. That’s like a child soldier who has killed your friends and now is about to kill you and you’re refusing to protect yourself because he’s a kid, or you’re sad that the kid who was about to kill you died. No he can get it just like Abby’s pregnant friend who was involved in Joel’s murder.

Besides, she and many others in Seattle don’t even consider an unborn baby to be a life or alive until it’s born…until then it’s just a “clump of cells.”

You can remove the Silencer if you press triangle while aiming or holding triangle while selecting the Pistol

This is probably one of my favorite playthroughs of TLOU2. So nuanced, sympathetic and open-minded, making connections that many players missed entirely and all while being so damn funny! You're awesome!

After Ellie kills Mel and Owen and Tommy shows up and says “Ellie, Ellie” if you listen closely it sounds like Joel, this is one of Ellie’s ptsd moments

i don’t feel bad for the ones we gotta kill 🤷🏽‍♀️ well why didn’t mel say she’s pregnant? she didn’t say anything, ellie didn’t know and she felt bad after.

One thing that’s cool about this game is that if you set a bomb on the ground at the door before you get to the upgrade bench the people step on the bomb and Ellie never gets attacked like that.

I've been binging all his tlou stuff since last night, and so far, my only point of disagreement is... "Bear" is actually a really cute and cool name for a dog, tyvm

The more I think about this game, the more tragic it is. Ellie did all this even tho she was upset with Joel. Can't even imagine all the contradicting feelings she is going through.

I understand Jett that you’re on this emotional rollercoaster and you needed answers right away after Ellie woke up from her dream/flashback to the revelation of what happened at st Mary’s hospital.
But before walking into the theater where Jesse is talking to Dina, there’s a poster of a movie which prompts Ellie to say something along the lines of “this was always your favorite Joel” in an endearing and longing way. Just that simple line really helps you understand 2 years later, that Ellie was on the path to forgiving him and if they just had more time, they could’ve potentially salvaged the father daughter relationship they once had. My interpretation at least as I play through this game the first time with you as well!!!

I had a suspicion why Abby was there. But still I was thinking what if Abby’s family were killed by Joel when he was a hunter, how would that make me feel to see him do that? I was so scared. I’m glad it went the way I went with why Abby came for him.

I’m not gonna lie, I did not feel bad at ALL with Nora and everyone else… I myself was still grieving Joel, and then of course seeing Ellie struggle hurt me too. I was so angry lol. At the end of it all I knew why it all played out the way it did. I understood both sides, and I agree with Tommy and many others here - Joel would’ve been angry and a wreck if it was Tommy or Ellie, but he wouldn’t have left Jackson. He wasn’t the same man he was in Part I, he was domesticated and more softer around the edges. With aging, living a normal life, and had to be able to build connections in Jackson, that was the only way he was ever going to move forward… he had to adapt. Part I Joel wouldn’t have trusted a soul, but Part II Joel shows you how much growth he had - he was more trusting and willing to help others. Abby’s gameplay was so good! Although, I couldn’t grow to like Abby lol - I understood the two stories. I have so many more thoughts on this, but ofc he’s not done playing and i don’t wanna give anything away. I also love hearing Jett’s perspective on things that I might have missed!
