What does it mean when HR says that there will be an additional round of interview even after you're done with all the mandatory rounds before (4 rounds) ?

I gave online assessment interview at McKinsey. It assesses your organizational behaviour and diplomatic skills. Communication and Confidence is Key.

Does these big companies look for an MBA or graduation to give a chance

Sir HR called me for Telephonic interview but I couldn't pick up the call and I got rejected due to that. I feels like dying.

One question - do non MBA but domain experts stand a chance?

Instead of just being theoretical, I would hve appreciated if you were accurate with taking some examples on wht you answered and how you ask specific questions when you interview ppl. The intention here is not about collecting these questions expecting them again but to give mindset of how thought provoking process should be aligned to make intuitive thinking more better
