College student here. I'm having so many worries right now with me being unable to be hired (I've been searching for so long) at this time and seeing my savings and checks totaling at 5 USD (I felt charitable during Christmas) makes me so anxious. Made only worse by my tanking of the first Intermediate Algebra test (58/10) and it's causing me to be distressed and depressed. My friends are also unavailable so I can't do anything with them. They're busy and so am I and we all can't make time because of college.

But this video made me feel sorta at peace. Calm. Sure, those thoughts don't go away but... it's nice to have some reprieve from them. To not have to worry about money, friends, or grades. To not worry about not being about to find a job, to not worry about if I'll do good this semester, and to just relax and forget.

Thank you, whoever you are, for uploading this. I really needed this.

I miss being young and falling asleep to the rain on the windows. My mother would carry me from the car, and my father would carry my older brother, and they'd hurry us inside hoping the raindrops wouldn't wake us. I would open my eyes to them tucking me in and hushing me to go back to sleep, in my warm bed, with the rain still on the window, and I'd drift back to sleep after getting a kiss on the forehead from both of them.

When my parents got divorced, the worst part of it for me (at first) was the fact that I wouldn't have both my parents wishing me goodnight at the same time anymore... I'm older now, but these driving videos remind me of a time where I didn't worry about anything, and thought that my parents would always be side by side with me each night. There's a bittersweet warmth to this feeling... I'll sleep with this warmth, and see you all in the morning. Good night.

Mom used to drive me around when I was little. Loved staying up with her and then waking up in my bed to a nice cool summer day.

this reminds me of traveling with my mom as a kid. we'd take the greyhound to go and visit family, and had a lot of trips when it was night time. sleeping on the bus as a kid was always so soothing. she passed away in 2019, but this brings back such nice childhood memories of her and I. thank you for posting this ;-; 💜

FUCK! I cant sleep 💀💀

Fills me with nostalgia as a truck driver. I don't think I've been through a storm that lasted more than an hour in the 7 years of trucking. But, I loved sleeping in the sleeper bunk when it was raining.

Man I miss being a kid. I remember sitting in the back of the car, sleeping during night drives. And I knew I was home because of the corner turn we had to take 💀

I've felt so sad a month or two ago. Ever since I was five I've felt a huge sadness, but I always smiled. But last month or two ago, I just broke. I didn't show it to lots of people, only the people I can trust. I talked to my Brother, and a counselor at my school who I've been friends with for only a few months but it feels like we've known each other for years. I trust my parents, but I didn't tell them everything.


Back when I was five my parents argued a lot, then eventually they separated. Argued more later on, ruined holidays because of it. For my twelfth birthday all they did was argue and assault each other (mostly my mom) when she kept on throwing wrenches at my dad. After that, I never saw my mom the same way. Deep inside I told myself that i seen them equal, but I knew I was turning to my dad more.

Then I started to get anxious about what people thought of me out of no where, I didn't have any trauma or bad past with that type of stuff. Don't know what happened. Maybe just regular teenage stuff I guess.

My friends tricked me into watching an suicide video where a man's face was blown up, traumatized me for months and I still see it a little bit now.

Last month was the time I just broke. I found out my dad has been lying to me and my mom about not having an girlfriend for years. I know they've been divorced and separated, but what makes this cruel is that he's been leading her on, teasing her and me. Saying we'll be a family again, but all that time he's had a girlfriend. He broke up with her and my parents are currently trying to figure things out, but I know deep down
it won't workout and I have to accept that.

I've gotten a little better, but I still try to cover it up. I know it's bad when you hold it in, but I only do it at school. Still, school also puts so much stress on me, not including other kid's opinions on me. But that goes for everyone.
If anyone has read this all the way to the end, I'm surprised. And thanks, I guess. This was just me expressing how I feel, it's pretty obvious.

We did it. Made it through this hell week. Tomorrow we see if we will every really return to normal. Not that it wont be normal without her, just that ill need to find a new normal. But even if its not over, she has a long way to go before she can earn any sense of normalcy. I dont want to throw a year away, but i also wont let this slide with no consequences. Play your cards carefully, i have my responses ready.

I miss being a kid in 2017, driving back to my ama and papas house in the country side after a long day in the city. I miss those strap on TVs and being able to hear the buzz of the CD. I miss that.

When I was a kid the only way my parents could get me to sleep was to drive me around for an hour, I’ve always had insomnia that’s kept me up for hours so this really helped me sleep😊
