We need to pay attention that the wiring methods of AP mode and repeater mode are different. The wiring method of repeater mode is shown at the beginning of this video. You only need to connect the WAN port of the outdoor AP to the POE port of the POE converter. But if it is in AP mode, you need to connect the LAN port of the POE converter to the LAN port of the upper-level router with another network cable before logging in to the setting interface.

If our product has a firmware upgrade, the latest version of the firmware will be uploaded to the official website of Wavlink. Therefore, we recommend that you check if the firmware can be updated from time to time. IDK why but the 2 I bought brand new are locked at 10 Mbps on the LAN when they were advertised to be gigabit. Yes I have a managed PoE gigabit switch (Netonix WS-26-400-AC) and yes it is providing the proper voltage (24v) because the radio turns on and boots up.. Only thing is the switch is indicating the radio has negotiated a 10 Mbps throughput on LAN. Same results if I connect the radio to another PoE switch, PoE injector and unmanages switch, etc. only a 10 Mbps connection is locked in

How do you set this up when your 2.5Ghz and 5Ghz signals from the same router have different passwords?

I've tried two of these and in both cases the wifi never turned on. I'll be going with a different brand.

Do you need to drill a hole through the wall to use outside and does it need to be connected to the router. If so I would need 50mm of cable and does it need to high up. I’m ask as I’m disabled and use a wheelchair and ladders can be a big problem for me

I have a old laptop that has no wifi, can i use it to pickup up internet still with the wavelink antenna and if so what mode do i use. I dont need to repeat it or anything, just use the antenna to bring in the wifi to my computer that has no wifi connector.

Wavlink AC connects to the internet, but WAVLINK- N won't connect. Any reason why? Also how do I reset this model? I held the small button on the back for 8 to 10 seconds and it didn't do anything. I have it connected via ethernet.

Hi, Maybe an other very stupid question. But how can I access the web interface after I configured it as an extender? Once it is in range extender mode I do not see the device anymore. I want to attach it to the roof of my RV and I cannot climb up and open it up and climb down to reset it every time when we move to a new location.
