I got onto his Patreon and got the program, it's really sick. Running a game at 1.14V VID with 4.55GHz on one CCD and 4.325GHz on the other CCD on my 5900X, running at 74W at 50C. Absolutely what I was looking for.

Hey Savvy I like ur content keep it up, I just wanted to give u a lil advice that took me almost 2 years to learn and maybe u might implement. I would get that my editing could be jarring to viewers so I studied editing a lil bit. Using jump cuts instead of transitions keeps people watching longer, after a cut zoom in a tad and then back out for the next, this has been really helpful to me and being a small channel like mine maybe it can help u also. Again great content.

not very clear, can the free version do good auto-overclocking ? this question is coming from a fed-up user that has zero interest in tweaking values to get better results. i just want an OC that works and tailored to my cpu

I have a 5950x, after running this my wattage has decreased significantly but also in games my GPU is bottlenecked by the CPU. I am wondering why and how this happens after running the tool and what I must do to prevent this.

What Patreon level i need to choose to have Hydra in Pro version? And it could be used also with a 5800X 3d? Thx.

Biggest reason I’ve kept from switching back to intel is the work the man has done with this program and how good it is.

Hybrid OC is king.

So how I know it's working? I have to stay with hydra app open always after applying the profile or what? Help me please!!! Done the hybrid oc and pbo2 diagnosis done.

Now I have done another thing, my ram with xmp profile 1(the only) works in 3000mhz.. I just disabled xmp, oc ram to 4066 with the rest left on auto. Booted to windows.. Now I run 3 memtesta consecutive and 0 errors, this means I got the oc working for dram? :dddd, or hydra can oc them like CPU?

dont need any programs, did it myself pbo+co+undervolt 4.65 on all cores in cinebench, in games 4.8-5.1. ryzen 5900x

i have this application. it restrains 5800X3D monster. keep it cool. gained ~ +500 points on R23 multi threaed benchmark

I tried it. Kind of make my system run worse. There was a guide but no explanation to what any of the values or settings are or mean. And I feel like all the explanations are meant for dual CCD CPU’s and not the 7800X3D, which I have.

It's pretty much in the same vein as Dram calculator - that is not reliable and largely guess work. It's a grift.

Having run Hydra's diagnostic process a bunch of times, I highly recommend leaving MC test VID as well as SC test VID at the default settings for Hybrid OC. One can perhaps squeeze like 25 - 50 extra MHz with some cores when going with SC test VID of 1450+ V, but it's simply not worth the power draw. You can rather go with the classic PBO2 + CO instead.
