About the only exercise I can tolerate is going for walks, so now that it is winter, I always struggle with what to do since it is too cold to walk outside. This video is exactly what I needed! Thank you! You and your mom are a great team and she is really an inspiration! Thank you! ❤

ОтветитьI did this cardio workout after some upper and lower body strength work today. It seemed a little gentler to me than some of your other 20-minute workouts but still got my heart rate up and made me nice and dewy. 😅
