I think #5 is a BIG topic and I would love to see Chris expanding on this. How to motivate employees? BTW Tim is great, very likeable and approachable.
ОтветитьReally enjoyed this
Learned a lot
Thank you 🙏🏼
It might be just me but I feel like Chris is kind of uncomfortable in parts of the conversation with this guest.
ОтветитьToo good!
Ответить$20k runway ... that's cool!!... I had £2k and a whole lot of self belief 🤣🤣
ОтветитьHow much is a good price to charge for personal consultations online?
Is $250 too much.
Please I need your input. I'm so confused.
I’ve had business coaching twice over my long-time tenure as a current owner of two businesses. I have to say, the content you share on The Futur is on target and incredibly useful. Thank you for taking the leap to focus on educating business owners this way. Absolutely excellent!!
Ответитьis there a 2nd part?
ОтветитьTim is getting ready to fire someone lol
ОтветитьJust the video I was looking for!!!
ОтветитьTo Chris's point of "failure to manage client expectations". One of my best clients has a coaching group for Chiropractors all over the country and they told me at dinner one night "Always underpromise and overdeliver" and that to me was gold. It's a philosophy I use in my sales process and while I give a slightly above average expectation for my clients I know deep down I can hit way above the weight class. And when I do, the feedback from them is electric. It's a philosophy that works great for me and in a world full of over-promising I believe it actually stands out when you can be real with a client and not feed them a bunch of bs. Love this video and the convo. Amazing as always.
ОтветитьWhy do you hide the date of the video? This was uploaded around December 2020, its easy to see from comments.
ОтветитьQuestion) Would you consider "branding" as a field of specialization for an agency or is just too broad as a concept? Thank for your answer and all of your amazing content sir
ОтветитьOf all the 1000s of hours spent on YT this rates as some of the best content I've ever watched, insightful, honest and 100% appliable. Thank you.
Ответитьforever greatful for the time stamps
Ответить$20,000 of runway and $70,000 when he branches out on his own..... bruh..... hard times 😂
ОтветитьGreat points made here! Many that remain apt even as we face longer lockdowns. Tim's point about mentoring DID strike me as odd. A few hours a week in the cause of mentoring is DEF possible amidst running a thriving business. Also, the 'empty auditorium' take on blogging I see as just wrong. Yes, write blog posts for traction/ marketing sure, but ultimately, write those for yourself, and make it daily practice. What you'll gain from just that alone will make up for NOT having a voice that shapes what your brand represents!
Ответитьlove the split screen!! super cool to see the interviewee + their presentation at the same time! :D
Ответитьtime stamps are way off!
ОтветитьI can boldly say despite the economic crisis facing the world, this is a still a good time to invest in Gold and Crypto
Ответить¨i have gary vee constantly talking in my head...¨ hahahahaha
ОтветитьHey Chris! Your videos are really informative and helpful. I am a freelancer, working remotely for a digital agency in LA and I really want to make my own creative agency/studio for branding. I hope I can do well!
ОтветитьReally enjoyable, relaxed and fun conversation to watch. Thanks Tim for sharing your "Five things your website is doing wrong and why it is costing you money!" What a super useful idea format for all sorts of business areas. I'm going to use a version for mine. Thanks Tim and Chris
ОтветитьGreat content! I loved the part when Tim and Chris give advice on how to start with no money at all, and let the people out there know about the services you offer. The realisation that most clients don't really care about aesthetics but for conversion and sales hit me hard. Don't really know how I should pivot in a conversation with a client about that tho, since my main service is visual storytelling. Any ideas?
ОтветитьWasn't expecting so much Seth Godin in a video chat without Seth Godin... Thank you for all the content in this chat... Awesome, congrats to Tim and his company view! Cheers from Portugal to you all!
ОтветитьHey this is crazy, Tim works 2 blocks away from my office. Shout out from Sussner Design Company, TIm!
ОтветитьGreat value! Much info! Love the Futur team! Awesome!
ОтветитьSo many gems in this video, great follow up on the white board.
ОтветитьYou were making 70K and your runway was only 20K. Would love to know how did this happen?
ОтветитьFamily and friends 1 shot deal
free artwork lowest effort deliverable possible 1-2hrs. No obligations --> take no money
Then give them the original price invoice (1 time free of charge discount) to shut them up..lol 😆 like you said stear clear if you can
man I love how calm / quiet you are and how that pulls more out of your guests.
ОтветитьHey chris, what do I gotta do to have your kinda vocabulary?
ОтветитьYou have awesome glass frames! For real! May i ask where did you bought it? I am searching frame like that.. BTW love your channel 🙏
ОтветитьMy dream is, "One day I will join your workshop".
ОтветитьYo, these past few videos about freelance to agency have been fire. Been getting a lot of value from these. Keep em coming and keep up the great work
ОтветитьWhat kind of questionnaire we should develop ...?
ОтветитьPassing by the comments to trick the algorithm. You create DOpe content on the constant. I appreciate that.
Therefore thank you ;-)
If I got fired, I would want to be fired by Chris. That was beautiful Mr. DO
ОтветитьMistake not do do is the best video to learn from others experiences , it really helps all of the beginners
ОтветитьI like these “Don’t make these mistakes that I made” videos
ОтветитьI find this way more helpful than other famous personality maybe because it more relatable & i just have more action advice from this stream.✨
ОтветитьYo Chris who makes your glasses?
ОтветитьThe main thing stopping most people from starting an agency that these people will never tell you: you need to find a source of regular, quality, qualified leads. That's INCREDIBLY hard to do. It's the "hard problem" you need to solve that comes before all other problems.
ОтветитьChris, you're looking spotless. The lighting is sooooooo amazing, the video is so high quality and you look amazing when you wear the hat.
Ответитьskin care routine next vid pls (feat Jared Leto)
Ответитьhow to fire: Hey, you are promoted to customer
ОтветитьIs blind still a thing? Just wondering why it's in the intro do you still run that company chris?
Ответить20k is actually a big a** runway lol
Ответить
