Brother I am confused about the relationship between php and laravel. I just want to know the basic difference between this two. And what about NodeJs, React or MERN Stack?
If I want to learn, should I start with php or I can directly go through laravel or others? Regards for you.

PHP is not slow. PHP 7.x onwards are faster than Python. The languages you mentioned Python, JavaScript and Java as better for modern programming. That's not true. All these languages are in use since 1990s.

I have learnt laravel and now next js but now i came to know that if we learn react native we can build apps too but, would laravel is good choice for react native and if in future if we make website and connect them. Because there are more technologies for apps backend and apis im so much confused
