I wish I had people around me when I was younger like you. My friends didn’t notice what I did, at least they didn’t care. My parents would yell at me to stop or they would take my phone or threaten me with a therapist. I only overcame it with one sentence from my teacher “if you won’t do it for your family, friends or yourself, do it for me” I hope everyone dealing with these issues is ok and I send you virtual hugs everyone ❤

I actually did that on my wrist in 5th grade

my parents found out about the first time i did it and they took away all my sharp objects and i used a comb when i had a relapse about 3 weeks ago..

i never self harmed but i’ve been trying not to do it instead i cope with my feelings by suffocating myself until my eyes start to go dark and listening to this makes me feel comfortable

update May 19: Yeah uh- I didn’t even get halfway through the 40 days-

30 minutes clean but clean nonetheless. I want everyone else to know that your scars are amazing and they show a deeper story then what appears on the surface. I don't care if you are 1 second clean or 5 years clean I am proud of you. You may be in a rut right now but I know that things will be better soon if only for a moment. But better days are already coming you can't stop them! •w•

This really helped me because my boyfriend abused me and treated me badly and when I would turn to self harming he would make fun of me and tell me to kill myself....this is comforting and I wish someone could just hug me and love on me....😭. I'm crying while listening
