we have to cultivate every day of this autumn like it will lasts forever.
ОтветитьHi.
I think the positive examples are binary and contradict your non-binary rule.
Sure they have some numbers in them, but ultimately it's either 1 or 0, achieved or not achieved.
I understand you meant they should have specific measurable conditions instead, so just nitpicking.
I appreciated the explanation a lot, i found it quite clear and to the point!
Thank you!
Well and clearly explained..
ОтветитьAwesome, this explained the difference between Objectives, key results and tasks really well.
ОтветитьAchieve record growth is bad simply because you are going to lose the aspirational aspect. MAKE MORE MONEY THAN EVER is really lame ... and you know what the one for next quarter will be? You guessed it. MAKE MORE MONEY!
ОтветитьAmazing one, I have watched some videos and had some questions like what determines the objective really and it distinguished and this video answered it perfectly
ОтветитьVery helpful video, thank you for sharing your knowledge
ОтветитьCan OKR use for learning language? I think answer: Yes. I going to try in 2022.
ОтветитьDear Friends,
I have more questions:
1/ I find that OKR and KPI have a relationship with each other (from OKR will create KPI, from KPI will create OKR depending on each level in a company). Is this right?
2/ For example, in 2021, the sales department's goal is to increase revenue in all 3 regions, with Key Result of 20%, and KPI for profit compared to 2020 is 15%. Is this OKR and KPI viewable?.
3/ I also find that the CEO of a company should define a strategy, then draw up a Balanced Scorecard (draft objective), then define specific goals and then define KPIs. Is this process correct and appropriate?.
Thank you.
Dear Friends,
We always see positive OKR means always growing. So is there any case where OKR has a negative value?. If yes, please give an example?. Thank you.
thx
ОтветитьSo how do projects ("start a new line of business") fit into the framework?
ОтветитьNot all OKRs are necessarily aspirational. Some are committed or operational.
Ответитьso good!
ОтветитьThank you so much
ОтветитьMy boss sent me here.
ОтветитьVery good and helpful video
ОтветитьVery clear. Thank you.
ОтветитьThank you! Could you helpme please.... What is the difference between KPI and OKRs
ОтветитьNicely done, but was easier to watch at 1.25 speed.
ОтветитьYour voice is barely louder than the stupid background music
ОтветитьSimple and clear explanation, thanks a lot~!
ОтветитьThanks this is a good video. I've read other OKR material that also speak to "Committed" type objectives (vs. Aspirational as only one type of possible objectives). It would be good to expand the content of this video to also speak on this other type of objective, as Committed objectives have their place in the OKR framework as well.
One value that Committed objectives bring (among others) is that they bring organizational alignment and focus, along with accountability, which drives velocity and increases the probability of accomplishing a Committed objective. By achieving these type of objectives at higher success rates, the value that Committed OKR's bring is significant, acting as a catalyst that propels organizations to achieve their company business plans and goals.
thanks
ОтветитьGood video. Nice work.
ОтветитьOkrrrr! Cardi B brought me here.
ОтветитьOK lah...
Ответитьdon't you think for example 1 "Make your company go viral" is rather a bad objective as it is not timebound?
