My ex fiance dumped me a week before our wedding. He left me for his secretary who is now carrying his child. I feel like a plate that's been lifted high and smashed to the ground.

Yes very hard. When they lie. Its just happened to me and never has it happened before and i feel physically sick. I shouldve known the first day i was so right but i let it go on over a year. I never asked him anything thinking he would apreciate me for not nagging. Now i know it made it easy for him.

Most men are hard wired to breed with as many females as possible. The best relationship lasts for three months, long enough to make sure she is pregnant, before he moves on to the next breed able female. Some men can rise above this , some never will.

To me, anything beyond a friendly hug or chat is cheating.

So if a man does it, it's OK, but if his wife did the same thing, it's wrong. Makes perfect sense.

Some men feel the wife has violated the marital contract by withholding affection. It isn't always black and white.

Interesting video. Sounds like the lame excuses my husband gave me. He couldn't see how cheating with his AP was wrong if he claims to still love me and didn't plan to fulfill his promises to the AP. She can have him. He's not worth the time it.

As a follow-up to my comment earlier. I would like to add that I feel cheating is minimalized due to the commonality of it. Yet, each person that’s suffers at the hands of a betrayer, deals with their own unique ability to process through the trauma. I only say this, because I get very tired of hearing people tell me it happens all the time. It makes me sick to hear that.

Its in a mans nature to not be in a relationship with one woman. Men are meant to procreate with several women. Many wont like hearing this but its true.

100s of years ago men were allowed to have several wives, some men these days are perpetuating those desires and justifications that it happened before, why can't it happen now. IT CAN'T in western culture, END OF!

What if the wife dosent care if he cheats... actually hoping he did so as to end the relationship claiming he violated?

This was very hard to listen to. It’s been over six years since my husband had an affair. We had been married 20 years. It was a very deep connection. He even proposed to his affair partner while we were married. I experienced multiple traumas during that time, and it’s resulted in me having to deal with cptsd. If it weren’t for the birth of our kids, I would’ve wished I had never married.

When people don't have reverential fear of God, they will justify and do anything they want to do. There's no hope without God.

I don't get how men can use these justifications to behave like that. To me, there are no justifications for such behaviour, even if it may arise from having experienced childhood trauma. Simply hiding behind an act of "this is just how guys act" is very much circular reasoning, a self-fulfilling prophecy, if you will... Unfathomable...!
